Lokatie is vlak bij het strand, prachtig uitzicht, sportcomplex beneden, Aldi 1km is nieuw en normale prijs
Sleutelhouder niet telefonisch bereikbaar, aangegeven dat we een kwartier na 19.00 uur aankwamen. Niemand gehoord of gezien. Renovatie aan flatgebouw nodig. Wificode niet kunnen vinden .

Plus: pal op het zuiden, maximaal zon, schoon, voldoende warm te krijgen. Min: punten van achterstallig onderhoud; - slot moeizaam, zelf opgelost met wat grafietolie, - rolgordijnen stuk, - waterkoker stuk, - één van de vier kookplat defect, bij stortregens en 5 Bft water onder voordeur.
