Platz für Familien mit Kindern
Außenbereich könnte mal überholt werden, Kinderspielzeug und Sitzgelegenheiten marode, Grill ist sehr alt muss erneuert werden
Ausreichend Paltz für ein Familientreffen.

2 Gärten, welche abschließbar sind und für Hunde super.
Das Bad im Dachgeschoss ist für alle über 1.50m ungeeignet, die Badewanne nur für Kleinkinder geeignet. Daher ist nur das Bad im Erdgeschoß nutzbar und für 10 Personen zu wenig.

Übergabe und Abrechnung war sehr unkomplziert. Gegend sehr schön für Wanderungen.
Nichts für große Menschen, da das Haus viele Ecken und Schrägen hat, an denen man sich schnell mal den Kopf stößt. Sanitärausstattung für eine größere Gruppe eher mangelhaft.
