During your stay, government water regulations may impact the use of the swimming pool, garden watering, or tap water.

The villa is ideal for families, with a minimum age requirement of 25. Villa Villena boasts stunning views of the Axarquia mountains and is well-equipped with air conditioning, a dishwasher, and internet.

It is located 15 minutes from the nearest beach and just a few meters from the road linking Torrox and Cómpeta, with the last 30 meters being a dirt track.

The beach of Torrox Costa is a 20-minute drive away, and a restaurant is within a 2-minute walk. The back terrace features a brick barbecue and a fountain, with ample space for dining or sunbathing, similar to the front terrace.

There is also a spacious covered corner inspired by Antoni Gaudí's style.

The pool is cleaned once or twice a week. The main house includes a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, and two bathrooms.

The covered porch has been converted into a gallery with a ceiling fan and seating for seven.

The living room features an open gas fireplace with protective glass, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and oven. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the master bedroom also has air conditioning.

The smaller bedroom has direct access to the Gaudi-style back porch and an en-suite bathroom with a skylight and shower.

The larger bathroom has a bathtub. Car hire or a private car is essential as the house is in a rural area.

The pool is available from April 1 to October 31.

Late check-in until 1:00 am can be arranged for an additional fee. Electricity costs are monitored via meter readings on arrival and departure.

Excess usage beyond 100 kW per week or 21.5 kW per day incurs a fee of 0.39 euros per kW.

Expected usage ranges from 70 to 200 kW/h per week with moderate consumption.
