Cozy mountain farm located at an altitude of 950 m, 6 km from the center of Unken and 14 km from Lofer/Almenwelt.
A secluded, sunny hillside location with a magnificent view of the mountains.
Simply enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains, meadows, and forests, and above all, the tranquility.
We rent out 2 holiday apartments for 2-5 people.
In the house: Central heating, access road to the house, parking.
Grocery store 7 km, restaurant 300 m, outdoor/indoor pool 7 km, thermal spa 18 km, Unken/Heutal ski lifts 6 km, Almenwelt Lofer 14 km, ski school 6 km, toboggan run 4 km, cross-country ski trail 2 km, mountain bike and hiking trails start directly from the house.
Well-maintained access road (bringing snow chains in winter is recommended).
INCLUDED: Electricity, water, tablecloths, bed linen, towels.
EXCLUDED: Tourist tax.
Late arrivals or early departures will be charged the full amount.
NON-SMOKING HOUSE.
From the center of Unken, drive towards Heutal.
After approx. 3.5 km, turn left towards Hintergföll and drive another approx. 3 km until you reach our farm directly. (Well-maintained mountain road, perfectly cleared in winter)

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie gaben Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflügen
Die Küche müsste eine bessere Ausstattung haben( zB. Brettchen, Obst- und Gemüsemesser) und ein Fön wäre toll
Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung.
