It enjoys a cosy living-dining room, separate kitchen and a large laundry room. In addition, the terrace offers views of the motorway, ideal for relaxing. The complex stands out for its exceptional private gardens, as well as its paddle and tennis courts, all in an enclosed area on the second line of the beach. Just a few metres away you will find a wide variety of services such as restaurants, supermarkets and banks, making your stay easier. The nearby beach is fine sand and crystal clear waters, perfect for enjoying the sea. 🏝️🎾



The parking included is unnumbered and subject to variable availability, as some residents may use more than one parking space, especially in high season. Therefore, neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible for lack of space at specific times. 🚗
