The living room stands out for its comfort and warmth, its beautiful fireplace where you can enjoy very special moments, the ceiling with its wonderful beams are a jewel of historic Madrid. It also has a sofa-bed that gives the flat the possibility to accommodate two people in it and get that the flat sleeps up to four people

Functional and coquettish kitchen,it has a washing machine, microwave, fridge, oven and is equipped with all the necessary utensils to enjoy it
The bathroom with shower, in line with the rest of the house, has everything you need to enjoy your stay

Our flat is a cosy attic in an unbeatable location,in a street adjacent to the Puerta del Sol itself, just a few metres from the famous Clock where the New Year's Eve chimes are its main attraction
The attic consists of a very charming bedroom-space, located in a unique and cosy corner of the flat. Its wooden beams, its rustic decoration and the bed at ground level give the flat a very personal character, ideal to enjoy with your partner or friends
Apart from that, the house has heating, lift and internet
We will make sure that your stay is as cosy as possible, and that you lack nothing
Do not hesitate, the location is undoubtedly spectacular.
How to get there
From the airport or train or bus station, you have Bus, Metro and Taxi, we can also send a car to pick you up, what a Taxi costs you 30€ and queues, we send you a car and we wait for you, not you (the price varies depending on the car you need). Do not hesitate to contact us.

The property is located a few meters from the most famous door of the Spanish capital, as soon as you leave the building, you can see the mythical clock of the Puerta del Sol
Bar areas, drinks, visits to monuments, museums, all without the need for a car, as it is located right in the centre of Madrid, communication is excellent and it is possible to get around on foot
The mythical Plaza Mayor is very close, the Teatro Real is just a few metres away along one of the most commercial streets in Madrid and the connection with the Gran Via through the famous Preciados street,are the main attractions of this accommodation
The metro next door, the suburban train and countless bus lines connect our apartment
