Great location by a main subway hub. Close to multiple grocery stores and restaurants in extremely nice part of Madrid. Place had plenty of room for our family of 5. Sara was very quick to respond with any questions I had, was very helpful with our check in and made the check out extremely easy. I would definitely stay here again if I am in Madrid.

The apartment wasn’t very clean, there was still towel hanging on the back of the door, stains on the linens, the sponge for washing dishes looked used . The stove doesn’t light up , and the WiFi didn’t work. Tried to communicate with the Hosts but nobody bothered to text us back .
