This beautiful villa is located in a privileged location 5 minutes from Santa Pola.
The villa has a tennis court, swimming pool and private barbecue, with a large garden, ideal for celebrations. The changing rooms with bathroom are located in the pool area, without the need to enter the villa. The air conditioning and ceiling fans in the rest of the house are ideal in hot weather. Inside we can find on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with island and dining room, laundry room, main dining room and veranda and a second living room with an impressive fireplace, bathroom and two bedrooms, another games room with table. also has a small gym with full bathroom
