Spanish Cove Holiday Apartment has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 5 guests comfortably: Property layout – First floor: - Open plan living area - Dining area - Kitchen - Large family bathroom with shower over bath - Bedroom 1: double ensuite sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: single sleeping 1 Property layout –Mezzanine Level: - Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2 (this bedroom overlooks the open plan dining room) WIFI available.
Important Note: There are steps up to all first-floor mezzanine apartments in Kilkee.
Please note that the mezzanine bedroom is open and overlooks the living room area, therefore this bedroom would not be suitable for children. Local area & Tourist AttractionsKilkee is a popular holiday town with a number of great cafes, restaurants and pubs plus a large range of activities for all age groups.
Seafood pubs and restaurants dot the coastal route, which is steeped in history.

Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner.
This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival.
In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3.
Towels: Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge.

Location is key here. Wild Atlantic for my stay as was a stormy week. However I like to sit quietly and listen to the sound of the sea. Fabulous for that, hence my review.

Kitchen could be better equipped. I had to buy tea towels. A cafetière & clothes horse would be a good addition. Decor could be updated!
