Carefree access to a sunny balcony provides an effortless flow in the warmer months; whilst the below a tempting alfresco dining area with BBQ awaits out in the private garden.
The fully-equipped separate Kitchen is perfectly suited for memorable family feasts; with all the must have appliances including a cooker hob, microwave, oven, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher and fridge freezer on hand for budding chefs and seasoned pros.
Aside from the generous, inviting Living and dining space, the retreat benefits from 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are found on the upper floor, alongside a full family bathroom suite with bath tub, shower tap and separate WC.
Please note that the fireplace is decorative and that making a fire in an open fireplace is prohibited in the Chamonix valley Guests can easily spill out and enjoy the two Double bedrooms there, family bedroom with Double bed and Single bed and a handy Guest bedroom with Single bed.
The lower ground floor entrance is home to the 5th teenager-friendly bedroom with Bunk beds and a shower with separate WC.
A useful Ski storage area, sauna, private laundry facilities and a garage also features to this useful family space.
