Udsigten og den nære beliggenhed til strand og restauranter.
Køkkenudstyret skal opgraderes, service,køkkenknive, pander, etc.
En opvaskemaskine ville være en god ting.
WIFI vil gøre denne bolig til et 5 tal.

Ny seng. Den knirkede voldsomt.
Markisen på altanen bør udskiftes. Er helt flænset.
