This vacation house is located far from the traffic noise and directly by the sea in Prapatna Bay.
From the terraces there is an unforgettable view of the island of Hvar and the Korcula Channel.
The house consists of two units connected by an external staircase.
On the first floor there is a room with kitchen and bathroom.
You have to park the car 150 m from the house, because a narrow natural path leads to the house.
The house is simple and equipped exclusively with solar energy. (12 volt electricity).
Landlord will be happy to invite you to a boat trip to the small islets or to the island of Proizd (extra charge).
Proizd island is a part of Vela Luka archipelago, known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea.
For an extra charge, the owner of the house offers a small motor boat (boating license required).

Everything was beautiful. The down fall was the power voltage so we could not have fans in a house that did not have AC. The nights were gorgeous but no wind which made the bugs more and the screens on the upstairs need to be replaced because at night we needed the house open but the bugs were so ...
See above. Highly recommend because of location and scenery but you need to be able to only power during the day three plugs available for cells, no AC, No fans allowed due to power voltage, and bugs it's a great stay for affordability.

Unterkunft ist dreckig! Ungeziefer in allen Räumen. Bilder stimmen nicht, vor Ort sieht es ganz anders Haus. Es sind nicht 2 Wohneinheiten. Unteres Zimmer ist eine Kammer, mit dreckiger Bettwäsche!

Das Haus liegt wunderschön ruhig und hat einen eigenen Meerzugang mit Leiter und Liegestühle.
Das Wasser wird in Tanks am Haus gelagert. Dadurch und durch die Windgeschützte Lage gibt es extrem viele Stechmücken. Im unteren Zimmer ist eine Betondecke, es kann kein Moskitonetz aufgehängt werden.
Die 2. Küche im unteren Bereich kann nicht genutzt werden, da hier keine Gasflasche angeschlossen ...
