In the immediate vicinity of the beautiful North Sea is a development of Scandinavian-style holiday homes. This bright holiday home with cosy furnishings offers a lovely place to spend your holiday. Relax in the sauna, enjoy the crackling of the fireplace or laze on the terrace near the sea in summer.
The holiday homes are located next to the small centre of Friedrichskoog-Spitze directly behind the dyke, just a few metres from the Wadden Sea National Park. From the holiday home village, you can also quickly reach Friedrichskoog with its famous seal station, the large pirate playground and the indoor play park in the whale building.
There is a charging station for 2 electric cars on site in the large car park (for a fee). These cannot be charged directly at the houses.

***As part of the dyke reinforcement, the dyke in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will be equipped with a new profile from mid-April 2024 until probably the end of 2025 in order to meet the challenges of climate change. During this construction period, the bathing beach in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will unfortunately not be available.
Alternatively, the bathing beaches in Elpersbüttel, Nordermeldorf and Büsum will be available free of charge. However, the popular mudflat walks in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will not be possible again until April 2025.
The spa gardens will also be remodelled and expanded to include additional attractions. These include an extended dyke crown path, spacious terraces with panoramic views and a dyke and park grandstand with seating steps to linger on. From mid-2024, the completed event and play area in the spa park will offer a varied alternative to the beach.
This will make Friedrichskoog even more attractive, even if this is associated with some temporary inconveniences such as increased background noise, possible construction dust and possible path restrictions.***

Das Haus war perfekt was uns richtig gestört hat war das der Strand nicht fertig war und wir schlechte Informationen bekommen haben man muss sehr lange fahren um ans Wasser zu kommen aber sonst war alles Gut aus h für den Hund schöne grüße Rainer wer nicht schlecht wenn ich h darüber eine antwort bekommen würde
Lager des Hauses war gut. Leider war der gesamte Deich gesperrt

Die Ausstattung des Hauses war ok.
Das der gesamte Deich (Strand) eine Baustelle war und voll gesperrt.
Alles top nur Dusche extrem klein und Deich gesperrt.
