It consists of a three-room apartment on the first floor with a shared balcony and two private balconies, as well as an attic connected by an internal staircase.
On the first floor you will find two bedrooms (one double and one with a bunk bed and a single bed), a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette.
Upstairs, accessible via a narrow and steep internal staircase, there is a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a second kitchen.
The house features two private balconies and a shared balcony at the entrance.
Each room is air-conditioned and Wi-Fi, TV, and fans are available.
The beach can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, while the nearest supermarket is only 150 meters away.
