The apartment is very well located at an affordable price point and has decent kitchen equipment
The apartment smells weird, the windows need to be always open. There is a problem with ants that live in the window frame. There is no real separation of the bedroom from the rest of the apartment. The apartment is on the ground floor towards the street, so people walking by frequently look inside....
