This bright and spacious maisonette vacation apartment is located in the picturesque complex of Paraiso de la Bahia. The complex has 2 communal pools in extensive communal gardens and is just 350 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the golf clubhouse with restaurant, spa and gym. This gated complex overlooks the Mediterranean Sea.
The open plan living area consists of a large kitchen and lounge leading to the south facing terrace. The terrace is furnished with a corner sofa to relax and enjoy the sun all day. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and has a fully equipped open plan kitchen.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms on the first floor and 1 master bedroom suite upstairs, all with ensuite bathrooms or shower. The upstairs bedroom has 2 private terraces with sun loungers.

- De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien en smaakvol ingericht
- Het uitzicht vanaf het dakterras is fantastisch
- De woning is (zeer) rustig gelegen
- Woning heeft een fijne, grote leefkeuken
- In Canillas is een aantal kleine winkels + restaurants, in het nabijgelegen Cómpeta zijn meerdere winkels en restaurants te vinden
- We hadden problemen met warm water. (Deze zijn wel direct na melding verholpen!)
- Veel (overbodige) spullen van de eigenaar door het hele huis
- Parkeren bij het huis is moeilijk
- De woning ligt aan een zeer steile straat

La tranquilidad del lugar y la casa en sí misma .
El camino de acceso desde la carretera del pueblo a la casa era horrendo . 6 minutos por un camino de cabras en el que solo entra un coche . Zonas del camino próximas a terraplén sin ninguna protección . Preferible realizarlo en todo terreeno
