The cottage is located 3 km outside the small village of Athis, 35 km south of Reims. The royal city of Reims, in the heart of Champagne, is known for its distinctive architecture and its cathedral. Your vacation accommodation benefits from an idyllic location in an area rich in water. You even have yourself a private pond of about 3,000 m² in front of the door. The vast, green landscape and waking up to birdsong make this a particularly pleasant vacation home. The garden is fenced, but the lake is not. Therefore, if you are traveling with small children, you should be especially mindful. The owner himself has embellished the house, as can be seen in the photos of the living room.
Note: There is a jet ski club on the neighboring 8-hectare lake, so you may hear the engine noise.
