Beautiful holiday home in L'Escala just 300m from the beach with private pool and a very large garden.

Villa del Sol is located in the best area of L'Escala. This area is surrounded by the beach of Riells and the magnificent promenade with views over the bay and the Pyrenees.

The house has a wonderful garden of 870m2 with private pool, a porch for your outdoor meals and a barbecue. The house is perfectly located, just 300 metres from the Riells beach in L'Escala and 350 metres from restaurants, shops, the children's playground, the weekly market, etc. This house is designed to spend your holidays in comfort and taste!

The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a large dining room with access to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area and access to the outside, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace and access to the terrace and garden, two double bedrooms (one en-suite), two bathrooms and an office. The whole house is very well kept and stands out for its large spaces and lots of light.


The villa can sleep a total of 8 people (2 double beds, 4 single beds).



Entrance: from 17:00 to 20:00 hours from Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sundays or public holidays, please contact the agency. Key collection point: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by credit card on arrival (300€) and will be returned within 7 days after departure.

The bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: Tourist tax 1 €/person/night (over 16 years old). Towels (11,90€ per booking which includes a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional paid services: pool towel, baby cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check in after 20:00.
