A beautiful and typical portion of a farmhouse, with a garden of olive trees and a terrace facing the walls of Ostuni and the wonderful Apulian sea.
In this flat in typical Apulian style, characterised by white stone walls and vaulted ceilings, you can breathe authenticity. The entrance opens onto the living room/bedroom, furnished with a double sofa bed, as well as a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
From here one enters the dining area, equipped with a wooden table and an additional double sofa bed, and enriched by a stone fireplace for decorative use. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, complete with all the tools for preparing delicious meals, as well as a coffee machine. There is also a complete bathroom with shower. The property is completed by a garden of olive trees, a terrace with a breathtaking view and a barbecue, for a full immersion in tradition and perfect for relaxing evenings, the scent of the countryside and starry skies. Among the comforts in the masseria are a TV, washing machine and a convenient private parking space on the premises.
The dwelling is accessed via a garden shared with other dwellings. In addition, the terrace is shared with the adjacent flat.
Guests will be able to take advantage of uncovered parking inside the structure.

Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Itria Valley. Its historic centre, blindingly white and immense, culminates in the Cathedral (10 minutes from the flat) that impetuously dominates the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a crystal-clear sea. Its narrow streets, the Piazza della Libertà (230 metres away) and the column of S. Oronzo that majestically protects the town are characteristic.
The countryside extends into the heart of the Valle d'Itria. A few kilometres away is Ceglie Messapica, a centre of tradition and enogastronomy, Cisternino, a village recognised as one of the most beautiful in Italy, Alberobello whose famous trulli have been a world heritage site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Egnazia Archaeological Park, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a charming historic centre and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the East, while moving south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, the capital of Baroque. Moving westwards there is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia, and finally Matera, characteristic for its Sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.
The nearest airports are Brindisi (60 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes).
