The Las Marinas penthouse is a 60m2 flat located on the third and top floor of a renovated building with a lift. It has two bedrooms and a double sofa-bed in the living room, which gives it a capacity for up to 5 people.
Very close to the Alameda Apodaca, the Baluarte de la Candelaria, the Parque Genovés and other points of interest in the city. Ideal to go for a walk and enjoy the surroundings.
The first bedroom has a 150x190cm bed and the second bedroom has a 135x190cm bed, as well as storage space. Next to the bedrooms there is a complete bathroom with bathtub.
For the convenience of our guests, we have a parking space in the same building where the flat is located, included in the price of the reservation.
Its location next to the axis of the Mentidero neighbourhood, and its famous square, will allow you to discover its most unique restaurants and shops. In addition, in about 12 minutes walk you can enjoy a day at the beach in La Caleta.
🆔📄 According to Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes, it will be compulsory to sign a rental contract for the stay and present an identity card or passport on arrival.
