It also has all the necessary equipment to make your stay unforgettable. The 50 m2 accommodation is on the 11th floor with an elevator and can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to its comfortable queen-size bed and the double sofa bed located in the living-dining room.
It features a kitchen equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, glassware, and a dishwasher, and a bathroom with a shower for the most relaxing showers after a fantastic day at the beach.
Don't worry about bringing sheets and towels.
The beds will be made, and you'll find the bedding for the sofa bed upon arrival.
The apartment also includes an iron and a vacuum cleaner. 🆔📄 Guests must present a valid ID and sign a tourist rental agreement upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Tourist Accommodation). 📲 This apartment has an ELECTRONIC LOCK and is opened with a mobile phone, so if you complete the online check-in, you won't need to come to our office at all! La gran terraza con vistas del mar. Apartamento equipado con todo lo necesario. Limpio y bien cuidado. Ascensor (importante porque son 11 pisos). Zona con supermercados y restaurantes. En pocos minutos se está en la playa.

Tiene vistas tanto al océano como a la bahía, aunque desde lejos (no se escuchan las olas). El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y la terraza muy grande. Muy bien equipado.
