The property accommodates up to 4 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and satellite TV. Outside, you can unwind in the evenings with a glass of wine on the balcony and enjoy Lanzarote’s colorful sunsets.
In the neighboring towns of La Santa and Soo, about a 5-minute drive away, you’ll find a selection of shops, local restaurants, grocery stores, and cafés. Thanks to its dream location, the small local beach of Caleta de Caballo is just 100 m away, and another sandy beach, Playa Mejías, is a 5-minute walk from your door.

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, et situé dans un petit hameau tout près de La Santa très calme. De jolies balades sont accessibles à pieds depuis l'appartement. La vue sur un petit golfe soumis aux marées est superbe et le balcon permet d'en profiter pleinement. Le coin est plutôt soumis aux vents ! L'endroit est super pour une coupure loin de l'effervescence !

Uns hat der Ausblick und die ruhige Lage sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist renoviert, daher stimmen die Bilder nicht mehr überein. Neues Bad und Küchenzeile.
Es ist kein Ferienhaus sondern eine Wohnung.Damalige ausgeschrieben Ausstattung war nicht vorhanden, wie z.B. Grill( haben wir dann selber gekauft)und Zugang zur Dachterrasse gibt es nicht mehr. Geschirr und Besteck für 4 Personen viel zu wenig ( jeweils 5 Frühstücksteller, Suppenteller , Essenstel...
