This vacation home with private pool and sauna is beautifully located in a small village near Durbuy in the Belgian Ardennes.
From the beautiful bright living room you look for miles over the fields and foothills of the Ardennes.
The trump card of the house is of course the covered pool, where you can swim all season from April to October regardless of the weather.
The sauna in the garden completes the wellness area.
The house has been completely renovated and can accommodate 10 people.
Near the living room with wood stove, smart TV and game console there is a bar and table soccer.
The dining room with open kitchen is cozy and fully equipped.
Those who want to enjoy the sun even in colder temperatures, nestle in the veranda and enjoy the view.
The five spacious bedrooms are located on the second floor.
One of them is even equipped with its own ground-level shower.
The largest bathroom is luxuriously equipped with a bathtub and shower.
The third bathroom is in the hallway.
From here you can make beautiful walks or bike rides.
There are mountain bike trails nearby.
Durbuy is known for the perfect outdoor sports such as kayaking and climbing.
In addition, Durbuy is an ideal place for gourmets, one restaurant is better than the other.
Young people under 30 years and bachelor parties are not allowed.
