This beautiful semi-detached house is located in the picturesque bay of Cala Salions, in the heart of the Costa Brava, offering an exceptional location just 100 metres from the beach. Its privileged position, almost on the sea, offers breathtaking views and the relaxing sound of the waves.
Location
The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, accessible via a convenient staircase that leads directly down from the street to the sand, ideal for a spontaneous swim in the Mediterranean.

The beautiful Cala Salions is right next to the house. Just cross the road and go down the stairs to reach the beach.
In high season, there is a small supermarket within walking distance, where you can buy fresh bread and croissants every day, ideal!
Other must-see beaches in the area include Cala Giverola, Cala Pola and the coves between Tossa de Mar and Blanes.
The charming town of Tossa de Mar is just 8 km away. Known for its beaches, medieval old town and relaxed atmosphere, it is an ideal destination for families, with a wide range of water sports and excellent restaurants, from cosy tapas taverns to seafood restaurants.
There are also scenic coastal routes and cultural sites to explore. Inside the villa you will find a brochure with our personal recommendations to make the most of your stay.
