Villa Blue Bay is a beautiful villa with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding botanical gardens.
Located in the quiet residential area of Cala Santa Cristina, near Blanes, the sandy beach is just a 10-minute walk from the property. This villa offers a perfect combination of comfort, space, and outdoor living, in one of the most sought-after areas of the Costa Brava. Villa Layout Street Level At street level, there is a private garage with an automatic door, suitable for one car and bicycles. Outdoor Terraces and Pool Area One level up is a large outdoor terrace, ideal as a play area, followed by the pool area, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the sea views. Main Floor The villa features a spacious and bright living room with a comfortable seating area, dining table, and sliding doors leading to a terrace with spectacular sea views.

Wunderschöne Villa, toller Meerblick von der Terrasse. Sehr ruhig, kaum Verkehr. Nicht weit zum Strand.
Abends keine Sonne mehr auf der Terrasse und Pool.

Le descriptif de l’annonce correspond bien à la maison. Les procédures d’entrée et sortie sont très simples. Nous avons passé une belle semaine. La vue est magnifique, la plage est à environ 10 min à pied. Petit point négatif, le réseau Wifi est très limité au sein de la maison.

Vooral de communicatie met Costa’s Villa’s vonden wij uitzonderlijk goed. Als er iets niet werkte, bv internet werd dat direct in orde gemaakt.
