This cozy and quiet two-story vacation apartment is located in an extension of the main house and has its own entrance in the inner courtyard.
It has been renovated and furnished with great attention to detail.
The ground floor features a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a small hallway with a built-in wardrobe for coats, and the living area with a well-equipped kitchenette and a dining space.
The seating area with a couch and armchair invites you to relax.
Table lamps in the decorated window niches create a Nordic atmosphere.
It feels "hyggelig" and cozy.
A flat-screen TV with cable connection and a radio with CD player are of course available.
The sleeping area on the upper floor is reached via a somewhat steep but safe wooden staircase.
The artisan house, built in 1623, was completely renovated in 1985.
According to the city archives, it originally housed a brewery and later a wheelwright's workshop.
The house crest "Anvil with Roses" was installed after the renovation in 1985 and is meant to commemorate the artisans of the house and the roses in Friedrichstadt.
The green inner courtyard is lovingly designed and invites you to linger.
There is also a storage area for bicycles here.
The property also includes its own boat dock on the canal.
The old town with its shops, restaurants, cafes, museums, churches, and the market square can be reached within a 10-minute walk.
The vacation apartment is allergy-friendly and spread over two floors.
Towels and bed linen are included.
Due to the allergy-friendly facilities, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
