Enjoy the uniquely beautiful panoramic view of the Allgäu mountains from any point in the spacious, flower-filled garden or from one of our sun terraces!

In a quiet, secluded location surrounded by mountain meadows and forests at an altitude of around 850m, you can relax in cosy non-smoking holiday flats with every comfort. In addition to the sauna in the house (surcharge) and rustic lounge, large sunbathing and playing areas, barbecue area, paddling pool, table tennis, etc., your holiday home offers a wonderful starting point for a sporty or relaxed, but in any case relaxing holiday!

A huge network of fabulously situated hiking and cycling trails starts right on the doorstep, and golf courses with a total of 45 holes are in the immediate vicinity. In winter you will also find the entrance to the extensive cross-country ski trails directly at the house.

The Ofterschwang and Bolsterlang mountain railways offer a comfortable ascent to the mountains of the Hörnergruppe and of course to their well-known ski areas just 1 and 3 km away.

A local visitor's tax of EUR 2.00 per night is payable on site for each person aged 12 and over travelling with you.

Sauna use by arrangement EUR 20.00 for 1.5 h.

A cosy, rustically furnished lounge is available. In the large garden area you will find table tennis and swings, large lawns, terraces and always a fantastic panoramic view of the Allgäu Alps!
