This fantastic vacation home for 8 people with its own boat dock is located in the vacation park Emslandermeer in Vlagtwedde in Groningen.
There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
A garden with terrace, panoramic views of the water, a huge barbecue and a sauna make this house a paradise.
After an afternoon of sailing, moor your own boat and walk from the deck to the beautiful terrace of your vacation home where you prepare the barbecue.
The living room and kitchen are equipped with all amenities.
The garden table with chairs and picnic table makes for a pleasant stay outdoors.
The largest bathroom is modernly furnished and equipped with a large shower cabin and a bathtub. This park is the ideal destination for guests of all ages.
There are many recreational facilities available: you can use the subtropical swimming pool with water slide and separate children's pool for free.
Next to the park there is a 9-hole golf course.
Here you can also find the restaurant with a beautiful terrace overlooking the golf course.
There is also a recreational beach, mini golf, tennis courts and various playgrounds. From this vacation home you can cycle in a short time to the historic fortified town of Bourgange.
Smeerling is only 3 km away and the characteristic farms and manor houses of Bellingwolde can be reached after 12 km.

Zwembad, hoofdgebouw, milieubeleid staan buiten het eigenlijke park. Niet logisch en niet praktisch. Surfboards bij het huisje was uitstekend. Speeltoestellen op het park uitstekend. Glazen schuifdeuren maken teveel herrie, vervangen door houten deuren. Renovatie afmaken.

Tolles Haus... Tolle Lage... Sehr ruhige Gegend... Schwimmbad bisschen weiter, ca. 1 km was mit kleinen Kindern zu Fuss mit allem Schwimmutensillien schwierig ist... Ansonsten top.... Tolle Aussicht... Man kommt sehr ausgeruht zurück...

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in diesem Haus zu Gast und es hat uns gut gefallen!
Die Lage direkt am Kanal ist toll, der Garten kaum einsehbar!
Die Betten waren bequem, Bettwäsche war vor Ort, Handtücher gibt es keine!
Schade war, dass es nicht ausreichend (Wein-)Gläser und teilweise Besteck (nur zwei kleine Löffel) gab!
Ansonsten waren wir wirklich zufrieden!
