Situated just 15 minutes from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande, Finca Huerta Rica offers you the possibility of staying in one of its 5 flats or studios, located in an estate of more than 6,000 square metres of nature and tranquillity. This multiple accommodation stands out for its easy access and ample parking, with asphalted roads that facilitate your arrival. Ideal for those seeking silence and relaxation, the estate has exceptional communal areas: an illuminated rectangular swimming pool for evening swims, a barbecue area, bar area with board games and darts, as well as walks through the grounds and a garden area for meditating and enjoying the sunset. 🌅🏊‍♂️🎯




The flats - Bambú, Paraíso, Palmeral, Sabana and Buganvilla - can be combined for large groups, adapting perfectly to your needs. All are equipped with full kitchens, air conditioning and modern windows that guarantee an optimal rest. Finca Huerta Rica Estudio Sabana, for example, is a 4-person accommodation with a private porch perfect for breakfast or reading outdoors. Its African themed décor adds a special and cosy touch. The living/dining room has a sofa bed and TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring, while the kitchenette allows you to prepare your meals in comfort. 🛏️🍳📺




The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a laundry room is available in the common areas for your convenience. It is important to note that the fireplaces present are decorative and are not enabled for use. It should be noted that the WIFI connection is Starlink, suitable for teleworking. In addition, pets are not allowed. 🚫🐾
