A flat in typical Ostuni style located in the heart of the historic centre, with a splendid terrace and a view of the Città Bianca.

The access to the house, located on the first floor, is via a stone staircase. The spaces of Terrazza Blu Cobalto are contained but well thought out and characterised by the white colour and the exposed stone elements that reflect well the environment in which the property is situated.

It consists of a kitchen with induction cooker, well equipped and with a table and chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. Finally, a practical bathroom with shower completes the plan.


From the kitchen you have access, via some very narrow stairs, to the terrace on the upper floor where you will find a splendid outdoor pool from which to enjoy a magnificent panorama and a stone double bed with covered veranda.


The flat is located in a ZTL area, we recommend that you leave your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoy the historic centre on foot.

Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Itria Valley. Its historic centre, blindingly white and immense, culminates in the Cathedral (600 metres from the flat) that impetuously dominates the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a crystal-clear sea. Its narrow streets, the Piazza della Libertà (5 minutes away) and the column of S. Oronzo that majestically protects the town are characteristic.

The countryside extends into the heart of the Valle d'Itria. A few kilometres away is Ceglie Messapica, a centre of tradition and enogastronomy, Cisternino, a village recognised as one of the most beautiful in Italy, Alberobello whose famous trulli have been a world heritage site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Egnazia Archaeological Park, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a charming historic centre and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the East, while moving south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, the capital of Baroque. Moving westwards there is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia, and finally Matera, characteristic for its sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.


The nearest airports and ports are Brindisi (30 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes).
