Villa Beach Carbo is an impressive property located in the beautiful area of Cala San Vicente, in a very quiet area offering the best views over the sea.
Completely renovated to the highest standards, the villa offers direct access to the rocky bay of Cala Carbó, while the coastal town of Cala Sant Vincenç, with its fine sandy beach, is just a few minutes' walk away. Inside, the villa is distributed over different levels and has 4 bedrooms in total.
There is a living room with satellite TV, DVD, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine.
The villa has 2 bedrooms with double beds/en-suite bathrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 bedroom with a double bed (these two bedrooms share a bathroom).
The villa offers impressive views over the sea and Cala San Vicente (which is romantically lit at night) from most rooms. The outdoor terrace of approximately 70 m² with a unique sea view, the natural stone barbecue, the outdoor kitchen, and the spacious teak wood panels and living area invite guests to spend unforgettable hours under the Majorcan sun enjoying the breathtaking views. Steps lead down to the large 120 m² main terrace with a private pool.
Here, guests can enjoy a fantastic 360° panorama of the sea and mountains in peace and quiet – a truly unique feature of this villa! *Sauna not available* Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please note that the villa is not suitable for people with walking difficulties: from the street, you have to climb 110 steps to reach the property. The tourist tax is included in the rates. Important information to consider: In case of loss of keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no rubbish should be left at the property.
Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
