Villa Els Baladres is a cozy and spacious stone-built villa with 3 bedrooms, fantastic gardens, and a private pool.
Well-located near Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa (the beach is just 4 km away), and Alcudia, Villa Els Baladres offers privacy, style, modern amenities, and excellent opportunities for outdoor living under the brilliant Mallorcan sun. Set in the countryside between the old town of Pollensa and the sea, this impressive house is approached via a long, private, gated driveway lined with olive trees. The house is very bright and spacious.
It is filled with beautiful natural materials (stone and wood) and has been designed with great attention to detail with neutral furnishings and high-specification kitchens and bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen that leads to a covered barbecue area.
Near this area, there is a utility room with a washing machine.
The covered barbecue area also features a sitting area and a door leading out to an uncovered terrace and the pool area.
Doors from the living/dining area also lead out to the terrace.
On the ground floor, there is also a twin bedroom and a full bathroom. Stairs lead to the first floor with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
These rooms share a bathroom with a shower. The garden is a fantastic space with beautiful views of the mountains in the Boquer valley.
The pool is surrounded by lawn, mature trees, and plants, and there is a covered terrace with dining furniture, seating, and a magnificent outdoor barbecue area.
Comfortable sun loungers and parasols are provided for long hours under the Mallorcan sun. POOL: 9 m wide x 4.5 m deep (1.20 m - 2.20 m deep). Roman steps Air conditioning is free from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. The tourist tax is included in the price. Information to note: In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected at our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left at the property.
Guests must remove all waste, otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). We stayed for just over a week in this idyllic villa in mid May. The villa was very clean and tidy. Very quite area, and lovely views.Communication with the hosting company was excellent.The kitchen had the usual appliances, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge freezer etcI guess the biggest compliment I can offer is to say we hope to stay there again!
