With our "penthouse flat" we would like to offer you a holiday location where you can optimally enjoy your stay on the Costa del Sol. Whether you come with family or friends, you will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the sea from the terrace and our gallery with lounge furniture. Casares del Mar is a municipality close to Estepona 15 km and Marbella 40 km and to Gibraltar it is 40 km.
In the complex there are 2 pools with showers, toilets and sunbeds and umbrellas. Here you can also enjoy a great view of the sea. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. You can also walk to the golf course in 5 minutes.
All shopping facilities are within easy reach, whether in San Luis de Sabinillas or Puerto de la Duquesa (beautiful marina). Here you will find a wide range of local and national restaurants, as well as water sports and leisure activities.
The penthouse is fully furnished. Outdoor shower on the upper sun terrace, as well as a gas barbecue for cosy barbecue evenings under a clear starry sky.
