We offer for rent a small, cozy studio apartment in a house with a pool, a short distance from the sea in the best beach area of Torrevieja - La Mata! It has everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, appliances, dishes, bed linen, and towels.
Air conditioning is installed.

The balcony offers side sea views.
Inside the house, there is a green area with a large swimming pool.
The sea and beach are just over 400 meters away.
The surrounding streets and coastline are full of cozy cafes, bars, and restaurants. "Carrefour-Express" supermarket is 550 meters away, and DIAL PRIX is about 900 meters away.
Accommodation option: up to two people (strictly no pets!).
No smoking! Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday to Friday, and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays.
Check-out is from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Check-out or check-in outside of office hours, on Sundays, weekends, and public holidays incurs an additional charge of 20 euros.

No tenia cobertura, hacia muchísima calor y si quieres salir a la terraza tienes que quitar el aire xq el motor esta dentro y no beas que calor, la terraza es cerrada... Luego el sofa cama... Fatal si que es verdad que dieron que lo cambiaron pero en las fotos sigue el mismo. Por lo de más muy buena ubicación está el medico tiendas farmacia los bares...

El estudio es tal y como se muestra en el anuncio. A pesar del aire acondicionado es muy caluroso, no cuenta con wifi y no hay apenas cobertura móvil, teniendo que salir a la calle para poder tener internet incluso hablar por teléfono.
