The house Makis is a very nice holiday home with a perfect location directly on the beach.
Location description:
The romantic beach house is located directly on the sandy beach and has 2 permanently installed parasols on the beach. 200 metres to the right along the beach there is a great rocky headland which juts out into the sea, ideal for snorkelling and fishing
Features:
The house has 2 bedrooms with double bed, a living room with fireplace and single bed. An additional folding bed can be set up if required. There is also a kitchen with a 4-burner gas hob and a fridge with a large freezer compartment. The bathroom has a washing machine and bathtub with hot water shower.
Outdoor area:
Lovingly designed outdoor area with various terraces, additional outdoor shower and barbecue area.
Parking on and directly at the property.

Der direkte Zugang zum Strand. Die ruhige Lage des Hauses in einer Nebenstraße.
Die gesamte Sanitärinstallation im Bad bedarf einer dringenden Renovierung.
Die Schränke sind mit Privatsachen überfüllt, sodass keine individuellen Kleidungsgegenstände aus den Koffern eingelagert werdn können.
