🛗 The flat is located on the 2nd floor (with lift).


⚠️ Renovation work to the facade will take place in November and December 2024. It is possible that some equipment will not be accessible during the stay (shutters, balcony, ...)

🛍️ This quiet, residential area has many local shops and is close to the Place des Halles shopping centre.


🍼 The flat has a cot (This equipment is designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and aged under 3 years) and a high chair. Remember to take bed linen for the cot, the size of the mattress is 60x120cm or book the "baby bed linen" option at extra cost.

🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 extra cleaning charge.


⛔ Pets are strictly prohibited.


⛔ Parties are not permitted. You are asked during your stay to respect the neighbourhood.


🧹 Bed and bathroom linen and standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen and general cleaning of the flat and bathrooms.


🧹 However, you are responsible for cleaning and tidying up the dishes, cleaning the barbecue, taking out the bins, emptying the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as tidying up inside the flat. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30€ before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance and do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.


📝 After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide proof of identity via the Yaago platform, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during your stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
