Malagarba is a spacious villa with stunning views of the Puig de Maria mountain in Pollensa. This is an ideal place to relax and enjoy a family holiday.
The driveway leads to the ample parking area at the rear of the property. On entering the house there is an abundance of light in the spacious lounge/dining room with comfortable sofas, TV, DVD and internet connection. Off this area is the large rustic style kitchen which is fully equipped and also offers a dining area.
At the side of the kitchen and with access to the outside terraces is a covered barbecue area.
There are 4 bedrooms in Malagarba. There are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. There are also two double bedrooms sharing a full family bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
The outside of the villa is very well kept, with lawn area, sun loungers and a large swimming pool. The covered terrace is a great place to enjoy al fresco dining and take shade from the heat.
