This non-smoking holiday apartment for 2 people with an open gallery is cozily furnished and accessible via its own entrance.
It features a large dining/living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, egg boiler, coffee machine, and blender.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet and a hairdryer.
The bedroom, a double bedroom, is located on the gallery; due to this open gallery, our apartment is only conditionally suitable for small children. An additional sleeping option is provided by the larger leather sofa in the living room, which can be extended into a sofa bed. Also available in the living area are a radio with CD player and satellite TV. The holiday apartment for 2 people is approximately 45 sqm and is located in the old town center of Üxheim-Niederehe. Max. 1 dog: €10/night --> Only upon request!!! The small village of Niederehe is situated in the valley of the nature reserve "Hönselberg" with juniper heaths and orchids. In the village itself, there is an approximately 800-year-old monastery building with an adjoining church. The holiday apartment is the ideal starting point for cycling tours on nearby cycle paths, such as the Kalkeifel cycle path, or for leisurely hikes, for example, on the Eifelsteig or the Eifel-Krimi hiking trail. The Kalkeifel cycle path, the Eifelsteig, and the Eifel-Krimi hiking trail lead directly through the village of Niederehe. Note on the guest contribution: To promote regional tourism, overnight guests in accommodation establishments in the Verbandsgemeinde Gerolstein have been paying a guest contribution of €0.75 per person per night since 01.01.2024. Children aged 0-5 years and business or educational travelers are exempt. The guest contribution is not included in the booking price, is collected separately by the accommodation, and forwarded to the Verbandsgemeinde Gerolstein. The statutes can be viewed at: www.gerolstein.de/gaestebeitrag All ancillary costs such as electricity, heating, water, final cleaning, and the use of the parking space are included in the rental price.
