The vacation apartment, furnished to a very high standard and modernized, is located on the lower mezzanine level of our family home.
It features a separate entrance and its own garden area with a covered terrace.
The apartment is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, a large living room with a TV, a modern bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed).
Bicycles can be stored in the garage; charging facilities are available.
Quiet, central location on a purely residential street with no through traffic.
From here, you can reach several supermarkets, bakeries, outdoor and indoor swimming pools within approximately a 5-minute walk, and the Moselle riverbank within 10 minutes.
Directly opposite our house, an extensive forest area begins with diverse hiking opportunities to the Kueser Plateau, the adjacent spa park, or the Kueser vineyards.
Bernkastel's town center is only a 20-minute walk away.
From the living room and the terrace, there is a beautiful view of the vineyards on the opposite side of the Moselle.

Information about the tax and the benefits you receive with the guest card can be found at: https://www.bernkastel.de/gaestekarte A prepayment of 30% will be charged after booking.
The remaining payment is due on-site in cash.
Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 60-30 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost, cancellations within 30 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.
Cancellation fees will only be charged if the apartment cannot be rented out otherwise.
Arrival is possible between 2 PM and 5 PM.
Departure is possible between 10 AM and 11 AM.
Other arrival and departure times are possible by arrangement.

Key handover is done in person on-site.

Freundlicher Empfang, gepflegte Terrasse. Nutzung der Garage zur Unterstellung der e-bikes war super.
Wenig Lokalitäten in der Nähe, Weg in den Ort ziemlich weit.
Wir waren rundherum mit allem zufrieden und werden bestimmt noch einmal hinfahren.
