The idyllic property with large lush outdoor area and large courtyard is located in the tranquil and largely car-free holiday village of Veli Losinj on the Kvarner island of Losinj and offers a small single-storey holiday cottage and a small flat in the neighbouring house. On the approx. 2000m² fenced plot there is also an ancient shady palm tree with a beautifully landscaped garden area and small pond.
The bungalow for max. 5 persons offers one bedroom and borders directly on the garden area and uses the part directly next to the imposing palm tree as recreation and open space. The small flat for 2-3 persons is located a little further back on the property and also has a separate small terrace. However, the entire courtyard is used by guests of both rental units. Besides the parking space there is also enough space for parking a boat trailer.

Both the bungalow and the flat offer Sat-TV, air conditioning own washing machine as well as Wi-Fi Internet.Pets are also welcome in the bungalow by arrangement.

The very friendly landlords also live on site and can communicate in English, Italian and Russian.

The picturesque old town with its extremely picturesque harbour, as well as various restaurants, a church worth seeing, and all other interesting tourist facilities are only 500m or a 5-minute walk away.
