Casa Pablo is a beautiful, very well-equipped holiday home.
The lovely bays of the Roche urbanization can be reached in about a 5-minute drive. The house features: - 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.50 m wide) and one with a double bed and 2 bunk beds. - Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, and all other necessary utensils. - Living room with dining table and chairs, sofas, satellite TV with German and international channels, air conditioning in the living room. - Shower room. Overall, the house is tastefully furnished, and the high ceilings create a sense of spaciousness. All windows are equipped with mosquito screens. The covered terrace area is nicely furnished with a large table and chairs. The pool measures 3.5 x 7 m and is open all year round. Sun loungers and a barbecue are available. A "Venta," a typical Spanish bar or restaurant, is nearby.
Conveniently, a small supermarket is only about 50 meters from the house. The property is completely enclosed by a wall, and access to the house is through a large rolling gate. 4 bicycles are available for exploring the surroundings (3 adult bikes, 1 child's bike). Registration Number: VTAR/CA/00852 Our prices are all-inclusive. Included are: All utilities such as electricity, gas, and water, all taxes, Wi-Fi internet (if available), bed linen, and towels (no beach towels), and the final cleaning. Der große Pool und das ummauerte Grundstück waren toll. Ein schöner Badestrand (Roche) in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso verschiedene Supermärkte. Ruhig gelegen, aber nicht zu ruhig. Mit Mietwagen alles gut machbar.
