Seafront flat in Puglia with a terrace facing the sea 150 metres from the sandy beaches. Its location is ideal for those who want to reach the beaches immediately on foot. The seaside resort is ideal for a restful night's sleep. Ostuni is the first tourist town 10 minutes away by car. It can accommodate up to 5 people and is ideal for 2 couples or a family with friends. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, access to two verandas, the terrace with sea view and the proximity to the main tourist towns thanks to the access to the motorway at 1500 m.

The flat has three outdoor areas, two of which are verandas arranged on two sides of the property to ensure coolness at any time of the day. On the roof there is a terrace with sea views. On the ground floor, the car park is guarded.

House on the first floor, 2 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, a kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, total beds 4 + 1. Parking on the ground floor on the property.
Location overview:
Pantanagianni is a quiet seaside resort that is particularly populated during the central hours of the day. The beaches are frequented by bathers, sun worshippers and lovers of the beautiful sea. There is a campsite with free entry, where you have access to the adjacent mini-market.
The most discerning will find everything in Santa Sabina and in Specchiolla, both within 2000 m enough to keep away the noises of those larger and more crowded places where holidays take other forms.

Oasi Torre Guaceto nature reserve 3 km away (within 3 minutes by car) - the most beautiful beach on the coast, free beach, equipped beach, bar, transfer to the beach. Area C of Torre Guaceto is ideal for adventurers travelling alone - it is even reached in August by electric train, a deserted island.

2 km Lido Specchiolla - Lido Bianco
12 km to Apani at Lido Guna Beach
15 km to Torre Canne near Lido Santos Baubeach - awarded in 2011 by the Minister of Tourism as an animal-friendly beach and Oipa as an "example of industry functionality"
