On the first floor you have a large living room with a separate seating area where you can watch cable TV and a dining area with a table and 6 chairs. There is a bathroom on the ground floor without a bath and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine.
On the first floor you have a bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is a large wardrobe to store your clothes and belongings. Still on the first floor you have a second bedroom with a double bed. This large area also offers a separate wardrobe and dressing area. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower.
On the second floor you have another living area that includes a double sofa bed. You also have a bathroom on this floor with a shower. The terrace is accessible from this floor, where you can enjoy a glass of wine outdoors or simply take in the views and the surroundings. For your comfort, air conditioning, both hot and cold, is available in the house.

die Aufteilung des Hauses war für unsere 5 koepfige Familie perfect geeignet
Das Haus war nicht sauber - eine Grundreinigung des Hauses wäre wünschenswert.
Das Besteck war minderwertig , der Herd war nicht genügend geputzt , die Ausstattung in Küche und Esszimmer war ungepflegt.5 Stets 1 davon kaput. Das Kehrblech verdreckt.
Fehlende Ordnung in der Kueche .

Checking in was great with the new lock box process. Apartment was clean and well appointed. There was a slight issue with scheduling the midterm cleaning but Luis jumped in and worked it out. All in all was a wonderful experience.

The location is very central but set a few streets away for the main busy areas. There are a few excellent restaurants only a few feet away. The apartment is very spacious, clean and tidy and would comfortably slept 6 people, although there was only 4 of us.
