Villa Zen is a modern, high-end villa located in the beautiful residential bay of Cala Santa Cristina, in Blanes, Costa Brava.
The villa has been built and decorated with high-quality materials.
With its glass facade, you will enjoy stunning sea views from every room in this villa.
On street level, there is a private garage for your car.
More cars can be parked on the street in front of the villa. On the ground floor, you will find the spacious living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and dining table.
From here, you have direct access to the pool area with an infinity pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining table. This villa features a semi-saltwater pool, meaning soft water, no chlorine, and no irritated eyes! The views from the terrace are incredible! You will be able to see the small chapel of Santa Cristina among the pine trees. On the ground floor, there is one double bedroom (double bed).
A bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms: - Master bedroom (double bed) with a bathtub inside the room and a separate shower and toilet. - Double bedroom (double bed). - Double bedroom (double bed). And a third separate bathroom with a bathtub. All rooms have electric blinds and Smart TVs. In the back of the villa, you will find another terrace with a pergola and a second dining table, a barbecue, and a jacuzzi. So you will have several spots around the house to relax and sunbathe. - Air conditioning throughout the villa. - Wifi. In 2022, Villa Zen was awarded the 1st prize for the best tourist accommodation for modern architecture and design, an award granted by the Tourism Association of Girona and Costa Brava. The beautiful sandy beaches of Cala Santa Cristina and Cala Treumal are a 10-minute walk away (a 15-minute walk back uphill). The center of Blanes is less than a 3-minute drive away.
The nearby botanical gardens are a must-visit during your stay.
Inside the villa, you will find a personalized information book about the area and tips and suggestions for restaurants and the latest "hotspots." - One set of bath towels per person is included. - Unfortunately, we do not accept groups of young people.
