Villa Porticciolo is located along the panoramic road of the town of Rio Marina, from which it is about 2 km away.
Close to the property, you can find lots of intimate, tiny and quiet coves, with their crystalline waters are real corners of paradise;
Porticciolo beach is the closest one and it is accessible directly from the villa, while Luisi d'Angelo beach is a 5-minute walk away.
In the town center you can find all the services, such as bars, restaurants, shops and a supermarket.
Rio Marina and Villa Porticciolo are the perfect destination for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
THE VILLA (110 Sqm)
- The FIRST FLOOR has a large living room with a pull-out small double sofa bed, which leads to the terrace overlooking the sea.

Independent entrance. - OUTSIDE we find a gazebo with table and chairs where you can have lunch, a barbecue and armchairs to make all the moments spent here comfortable, under the shade of an old cypress.
