This quiet area, yet close to all amenities, is ideal for enjoying a family beach vacation.
The apartment features a spacious ground-floor terrace with sea views.
The building entrance is on a lower level, so it's necessary to go up one floor from the street (the building has an elevator).
With capacity for up to 7 people, it's a perfect choice for those seeking comfort, tranquility, and an unbeatable seaside location. LAYOUT - Bright living-dining room with a large furnished terrace offering breathtaking sea views - Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) - Master bedroom with a double bed - Bedroom with 2 single beds - Children's bedroom with 3 single beds - 2 full bathrooms.
One with a bathtub and the other with a shower. HIGHLIGHTS: - Group reservations are not accepted.
This accommodation is rented exclusively to families. - Inquire about parking space availability (additional charge) upon arrival at the office.
Parking spaces in the building are limited and only suitable for standard cars (large vehicles will not fit). - Tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.
It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
This includes occupant details required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments.
Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery.

Просторные апартаменты, хорошее расположение для отдыха на море и прогулок . Удобно с детьми. Есть балкон с видом на море. Рядом магазин, Рестораны и все , что нужно для отдыха.

Дуже близько до моря, до найкращого пляжу, на нашу думку. Ми відпочивали великою родиною, дуже вразила усіх тераса апартаментів та вид з неї. Дуже зручні матраси на кроватях, треба знати що кондиціонерів не має, але нас це не налякало, якщо відкрити вікна у кімнаті та терасу то йде маленький вітерец...
