Villa La Calma is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in the exclusive residential bay of Cala Sant Francesc, just 1 km from the center of Blanes and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach.
Recently renovated, the villa combines modern design with high-quality furnishings.
The kitchen and bathrooms are brand new, and the decor has been meticulously attended to, creating an elegant and comfortable atmosphere for a perfect vacation. Access and Parking The villa is accessed at street level, where you will find a private garage for one car.
Additional vehicles can easily be parked on the street in front of the villa. Garden and Ground Floor A staircase leads up to the spacious garden with a natural lawn, a real luxury in the area.
On the ground floor, you will find: * A large living room with a separate TV area and Smart TV * A modern, fully equipped open-plan dining room and kitchen * Access to the rear terrace, with a Weber gas barbecue and a ping-pong table, ideal for families and entertainment * A front area with a beautiful garden * A private swimming pool with a shallow area perfect for small children.

Het huis is goed voorzien van alle benodigdheden. We zijn niets te kort gekomen. Fenomenaal uitzicht en heel fijne zwembaden.
Verblijf is in feite te kort voor de relatief hoge prijs, dag 1 kan je er pas in om 16u en dag 7 moet je er al uit om 10u waardoor je bijna 2 dagen verliest van een boeking van 7 dagen.
