The flat "Elisa" is located on the panoramic road with a direct view of Lake Garda and leading to the ancient village of Aer. Lake Garda is only 7 km away from the flat.
The flat has been renovated and furnished with care in May 2021. It is therefore equipped with every comfort and has its own entrance and reserved parking space.
The special feature of the flat is its wonderful view of Lake Garda, which can be enjoyed from the spacious terrace. There is also the wonderful view of Monte Baldo and the dreamy village of Gardola, whose centre is only a few minutes' walk away and has several restaurants, pizzerias, shops, pharmacy, bike rental, butcher's shop and bakery, is completed.
The flat is a spacious three-room apartment of about 60 sqm and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It has a living room, a kitchen, a utility room with washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a bunk bed, a large bathroom with shower and a large terrace of about 40 sqm. The two rooms are separated from each other by a curtain.
One of the advantages of the flat is the kitchen, which is equipped with 4 electric hotplates, extractor hood and dishwasher. A German coffee machine, a refrigerator with freezer and a Tassimo are also available. The living room has satellite TV and a radio. On the terrace there are 2 relaxing chairs, a seating area and a sun sail.
