The living room offers a spacious, bright, and well-integrated ambiance, creating an inviting space for relaxation or socializing, with a harmonious connection to the dining area and direct access to the balcony, allowing you to enjoy the views of the resort's gardens and pools.
On the ground floor are the two bedrooms, designed to offer comfort and privacy.
The apartment features one en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a bathtub, and a second bedroom with two single beds.
There is also an additional bathroom equipped with a bathtub, ensuring convenience during your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen is open-plan and can be separated from the living room whenever desired, offering functionality and practicality for preparing meals with comfort.
Outdoors, the apartment benefits from a pleasant balcony with views of the extensive gardens and the resort's various swimming pools, as well as access to the spacious common areas, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding environment.
The apartment is located in Salgados, close to the beach, golf course, Salgados Lagoon, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, in one of the most sought-after areas of the Albufeira region.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This is a self-catered property.
For added convenience, food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Groups Deposit: €150 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 guests.
An additional charge will apply for a 5th guest, which includes an extra bed.
According to current legislation, tourist taxes may be applicable.

What a lovely apartment. Had a great time, weather was fantastic, the apartment is beautiful, was well maintained and everything was clean and tidy. Everything from booking to arrival was made easy and local service staff were very pleasant and helpful !
