The living and dining area offers a cozy space for socializing, with direct access to the rest of the house.
On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunk bed, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub.
On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite with a bathtub, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bedroom with a bunk bed en-suite with a shower, and a bathroom with a shower, perfect for accommodating larger groups with privacy.
The main kitchen is fully equipped for preparing family meals and has direct access to the barbecue area, ideal for outdoor moments.
This property also features a secondary kitchen and a games room with a snooker table, perfect for leisure time.
Outside, the villa offers an inviting, heated private pool (additional cost), a ping pong table, and pleasant outdoor areas to relax and enjoy the climate.
The villa enjoys a prime location in Praia da Galé, with restaurants, beach bars, and other amenities within a short distance, providing the ideal setting for an unforgettable holiday.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This is a self-catered property.
For your convenience, grocery hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating turned on, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, if you are interested, we will be happy to assist with booking.
We can also arrange transfers if you need them.
Group deposit: €250 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 16 guests.
From the 17th to the 22nd guest, an additional charge will apply, which includes an extra bed.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. The house is spacious and very comfortable, perfect for our group. The pool and outdoor area were great for relaxing and we loved how close it is to the beach and restaurants.
